A contemporary flintlock long rifle, a beautiful high quality shooters bag that was hand crafted with stitched custom quill work by Tim and and son Nathan of Parr Historical Creations, and a scrimshawed power horn made by Ransdal Springer, will be raffled off.  The rifle was assembled and finished by Wayne Estes, an accomplished rifle builder near Paris, Kentucky.  The rifle is from a Woodsrunner long rife kit manufactured by Kiblers Long Rifles, an Ohio firm.  It’s stocked in beautful curly maple with a carved wooden patch box.

The rifle has a swamped 45 caliber 39 inch barrel manufactured by Green Mountain Barrel Company in New Hampshire, single trigger, brass thimbles for the ramrod, a decorative brass side plate opposite the lock, a brass butt plate (no toe plate) and nose cap.
